Top of the Hour Animations

On WHYY-TV 12, at the top of each hour, there are commercial spots meant to be filled by corporate sponsors. In the event that there is still empty time needing to be filled during commercial breaks, or if a corporate spot does not fill all 30 seconds worth of time, the design team provides short filler animations, usually celebrating monthly holidays and spirit days.
